This is a factual description of current product behavior. It is not a statement that a lawyer or privacy professional has approved the notice.
Information we may collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, postal code or approximate project location, project details, measurements, preferences, notes, and your consent selections and related evidence.
We may also retain the page where an inquiry began, a sanitized referring-site origin, ordinary UTM campaign fields, and limited request or infrastructure metadata needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. The current launch does not collect advertising click identifiers. Project-file uploads are not available in the current Production experience.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare Rough or Preliminary Estimates, administer leads and projects, operate and protect the service, investigate technical problems, and maintain consent or audit evidence where applicable.
Service providers and current boundaries
Vercel provides website hosting and Supabase provides application and database services. We do not sell customer personal information.
Production AI, automated marketing email or SMS, remarketing, Customer Match, Enhanced Conversions, automated review requests, public photo marketing and advertising click-ID collection are off for the current launch. Enabling any of those capabilities requires a separate review and authorization.
Retention and questions
Records are retained while needed for current business and operational purposes and while an approved retention and deletion policy is pending, subject to applicable obligations. No fixed retention period is promised by this notice.
